Cool and Breezy: It's almost April, but it doesn't seem it. Today's high is expected to be 41 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. And they're saying we could get rain or snow Thursday. We'll keep you posted.

Colloquium on Islam: New York University Professor Deborah Kapchan presents "Learning to Listen: Sufism, Song and the Spread of Islam," at 12 p.m. at Tufts. It's free and open to the public.

Girls Lacrosse Opens Season: Let the Spring sports season begin. The Medford High girls take on Malden High School at 4 p.m. today at Edgerly Field behind the high school.

NAACP Holds Meeting Tonight: Members of the Mystic Valley NAACP will hold a meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at the West Medford Community Center.
