Five things to do in Boston this weekend.
1) Do you have a high school junior looking to improve her chances on the SAT? Kaplan offers a free test prep class 1 p.m. Saturday at its 15 Parkman St. location. Register for the course at the Kaplan website. Take the Orange Line to North Station and walk 13 minutes to Kaplan.
3) Post-punk super group Wild Flag takes the Paradise stage 9:30 p.m. Saturday. Fronted by riot grrrl pioneer and all-around indie rock god Carrie Brownstein, the band includes members from Sleater-Kinney, Helium and The Minders. Take the Green Line B to Pleasant Street and walk one minute to the Paradise.
4) Improv Asylum continues its run of “All the Single Ladies” at Ned Divine’s this weekend. The 7:30 p.m. show bills itself as the perfect event for a bachelorette party. Tickets are $25. Take the Orange Line to Haymarket and walk seven minutes to Ned Divine's.
5) Looking for more kid-friendly fun? The circus is in town! Big Apple Circus is back at City Hall Plaza for the next couple of weeks. Weekend shows start at 12:30 p.m.. Tickets are $20. Take the Orange Line to State Street and walk two minutes to City Hall Plaza.
