Medford Teens Arrested at N.H. Drinking Party

Three Medford teenagers among 16 arrested in Hampton, N.H.

Three Medford teens were among 16 arrested at an underage drinking party in Hampton, N.H. last week, police said.

Deanna Servideo, Marisa Fouraux and Paul Lemone, all 18 and of Medford, are charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, according to a press release from the Hampton Police Department.

The teens and 13 others -- all from Massachusetts -- were arrested at about 2 a.m. Thursday, April 15, when Hampton Police went to 17 M Street after receiving reports of disorderly conduct and possibly underage drinking, police said.

They arrived to find several people being loud who appeared to be intoxicated, the press release said.

Officers were invited inside and, after speaking to some of the partiers, determined that no one present was of drinking age, police said.

Everyone arrested was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. One individual was charged as a minor.

Those arrested are scheduled to appear in Hampton District Court on June 1.

Separate Teen Arrested Friday, Also in N.H.: Kat Ricker, 18, of 103 Bowdoin St. No. 2 in Medford was charged with transporting an alcoholic beverage Friday after a police officer in Derry, N.H. said they saw her drive away from a gas station after a man riding in her car purchased alcohol.
