Osborne Announces Medford Council Candidacy

Attorney makes his announcement with a video on Patch.

 

Medford attorney Neil Osborne announced his candidacy for the Medford City Council in a video he posted on Patch Monday.

The video can also be seen to the right.

Osborne is holding a campaign kick-off event Saturday at the West Medford Community Center from 12 to 2:30 p.m..

Osborne, who was recently appointed to the city's Community Development Board by Mayor Michael McGlynn, said this is the first time he has sought public office.

2013 is a city election year in Medford. Nomination papers for open offices will be available June 18, with the election to be held Nov. 5.

I can't think of a better person to serve on the Medford City Counsil.
