Police Log: Nov. 22-25

Medford police log. Thursday, Nov. 22, to Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012.

 

Here's a look at some of the events from the police log (Charges are alleged. Locations, times and events appear as they are recorded by police):

Arrests from Wednesday to Sunday, Nov. 21-25

Gary Voltaire, 36, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, on Bow Street and charged with operating under the influence, first offense.

Brendan Coye, 36, of 17 Harris Road, Medford, was arrested at 2:49 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, on Harris Road and charged with violating an abuse prevention order and intimidating a witness.

Timothy Wall, 30, 129 Fells Ave., Medford, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, on Fells Avenue and charged with assault and battery.

Michael Splaine, 24, of 28 High St., Somerville, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, on Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with possession to distribute drugs, conspiracy to violate a drug law, being in possession of a Class E drug, and possession to distribute cocaine.

Eric Cuppernell, 24, of 22 Jackson St., Saugus, was arrested at 2:27 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, on Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with being in the presence of heroin, conspiracy to violate a drug law, failure to signal and being in possession of a Class E drug. Cuppernell also had a warrant out for his arrest for a past armed robbery charge.

Madonna Say, 23 of 426 Bryant St., Malden, was arrested at 11 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, on the Fellsway and charged with larceny over $250.

Jennifer Wyeth, 24, of 426 Bryant St., Malden, was arrested at 11 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, on the Fellsway and charged with larceny over $250, receiving a stolen credit card, receiving stolen property over $250 and being in possession of a Class B drug.

Stephanie Calnan, 24, of 22 Doane Road, Medford, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, on Middlesex Avenue on outstanding warrants.

Ronald Fronduto, 25, of 22 Doane Road, Medford, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, on Middlesex Avenue and charged with shoplifting. Fronduto also had a warrant out for his arrest for a past larceny charge.

Joshua Noseworthy, 31, of 89 Second St., Medford, was arrested at 2:23 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, on Second Street and charged with assault and battery and intimidating a witness.
