The owner of Hank Lee's Magic Factory, Levy agreed to plead guilty Friday to charges of credit card fraud and making false statements stemming from allegedly making over $500,000 in unauthorized charges to a customer's credit cards, then misleading authorities during their investigation. The plea agreement and stipulation of facts are both signed by Levy, his attorney and federal prosecutors.
