We received dozens of entries to our Pet Halloween Costume Contest and narrowed it down to 10 finalists.
The voting round closed on Friday, Nov. 2 at 5 p.m. and was extremely close, but one entry came out on top: prisoner Max and prison guard Maisie from Tewksbury, who received 15 votes.
Coming in a very close second was Barry the Pirate, who received 14 votes.
Max and Maisie's owner will receive a $50 gift card plus bragging rights.

Congrats to the cute doggies! That was a great idea. I didnt know more than 1 pet can be part of one pet pic. This gives me ideas for next year. Barry the pirate barks woofffff !! Close race!
