If you're hoping for something eventful to happen to mark the end of the world, as foretold by the Mayan calendar, you may have already missed it.
The end of the world was supposed to happen on Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at 11:11 UTC, which was 6:11 a.m. for everyone living on the East Coast.
