CrossFit H2O is a small-group, personal-training program that aims to help clients achieve health and weight-loss goals. It offers a range of different programs including nutrition education, heavy bag lifting, weights, tae kwon do and movement exercises. Programs are designed to increase endurance, weight loss and flexibility. CrossFit H2O welcomes clients of all fitness experience levels.
