Yoga Classes open to all levels of experience in a beautiful, recently renovated studio in West Medford. Skilled teacher with over 40 years of experience offers gentle guidance and clear instruction in postures for stretching and strengthening, and building balance and confidence. Breath focused meditation for relaxation, clarity and concentration.
Attendance is limited to five students and individual attention, assured.
