Yoga Classes open to all levels of experience. Skilled teacher with over 40 years of experience offers gentle guidance and detailed instruction in postures for stretching and strengthening, building balance and confidence. Breath-focused meditation for relaxation, clarity and concentration.
Reasonable fees for attendance by the term or as a drop-in student. Please feel free to call for more details.
Classes not held on Monday holidays.
