Photos from Visiting a Solar Geek Mecca!

Alicia shares her photos from a recent event where Medford's Dir of Energy & Environment spoke on a panel held at the headquarters of a local solar distributor, Renewable Sales.

Recently Medford's Director of Energy and Environment, Carey Duques, was a panelist at “Understanding Risks and Rewards: A Conversation on Community Solar” organized by the North East Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA).  The panel discussion was a pre-event to their Building Energy 12 Conference in Boston next month. The session was organized by The Cadmus Group and hosted by Renewable Sales at their location in Holliston, MA.

Carey spoke to other communities and solar installers about some of our lessons learned working on getting Solar PV installed on the Medford Public School Buildings.

Renewable Sales is a distributor of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Solar Thermal products.  It was very cool to see displays and stacks of solar PV and solar thermal equipment in their warehouse.

Not all of the photos cooperated in posting here, so you can see several more on my blog post of the same event: Photo Montage from Renewable Sales - A Solar Mecca!
