Boston Avenue Warehouse Getting Makeover

The building, owned by Tufts, is getting completely revamped.

The Tufts University warehouse at the corner of Boston Avenue and Harvard Street is undergoing major renovations, which are expected to be completed in early 2015, according to the Tufts Daily.

The university is updating the building’s exterior and teaching and research spaces, according to the student newspaper. One-third of the building’s 95,000 square feet (across four floors) will be used for “community-oriented spaces,” according to the report.

Do you think the building at 574 Boston Ave. was in need of a facelift?
