Delays, Buses will Greet Orange Line Riders

Buses will be used at night until Aug. 8.

Orange Line riders will experience some delays, and will have to transfer to buses at certain stops including Medford’s Wellington Station.

Buses will replace the trains between Oak Grove and Sullivan stations after 9 p.m. until Aug. 8, according to an announcement from the MBTA. The buses are being used because of the work on the Assembly Station project.

T officials also said to expect delays on the Orange Line due to work being done at the Oak Grove Station. The project will be completed by September, according to the announcement.
