Five Things: Tell Us Your Store's Holiday Hours

Here are five things to know today, Friday, Dec. 14:

1. Sunny nearing 50. Today in Medford will be sunny with a high near 47 according to the National Weather Service. Southwest wind 6 to 10 mph. Tonight, mostly clear with a low around 29. West wind around 8 mph.

2. Share your store's holiday hours with everyone. Medford business owners—let us know by the end of the day today your store or restaurant's hours on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. The article rounding up everyone's hours will run on Monday.

3. Last chance to enter our Deck the House contest. Share a photo of your home decorated for the holidays—24 finalists will have their December utility bill *(up to $500) paid by Patch, and one grand prize winner will win $100,000 for their local public schools.

4. Free skate at LoConte Rink on Saturday. Free admission public skating is open every Saturday from 7-8:50 p.m. at the newly renovated LoConte Rink in Medford until late March 2013. Skate Rentals are available from the skate shop for $5.
