McNally Park About to Get Major Facelift

See what is going to be done to the Webster Street park.

The state announced Friday that the City of Medford has received a $400,000 grant to upgrade McNally Park.

Rick Sullivan, the state’s secretary of energy and environmental affairs, made the announcement at Medford City Hall in a joint press conference with Mayor Michael McGlynn. State Reps. Paul Donato and Sean Garballey were also on hand, along with City Councillor Rick Caraviello.

In August, McGlynn said the city would also be putting $225,000 toward the upgrades at McNally for a total of $625,000 going toward the Webster Street park.
