New Assistant City Solicitor Sworn In

Kim Scanlon was sworn in Monday.

A veteran City Hall employee was sworn in Monday as the new assistant city solicitor, according to the mayor’s office.

Kim Scanlon has worked in City Hall for more than a decade as an intern and administrative assistant in the city’s Health, Community Development and Law departments.

She has a bachelor’s in criminal justice from Salem State and a law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law.
