New Stop Sign May Go Up on Park Avenue at Fulton Street

The new stop sign is on the City Council's Tuesday agenda, thanks to a resolution by Breanna Lungo-Koehn.

Medford City Councillor Breanna Lungo-Koehn will ask her colleagues Tuesday night to consider a new stop sign on Park Avenue at Fulton Street.

Her resolution:

“Be It Resolved that the Traffic Commission discuss the possibility of a stop sign on Park Ave for vehicles coming onto Fulton Street in the interest of public safety.”

Lungo-Koehn also has a resolution on the agenda asking the Traffic Commission to discuss replacing a no parking sign on Fulton Street at Webber Street. The sign has been missing for some time, according to her resolution.

The City Council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, in City Hall’s Howard F. Alden Memorial Auditorium.
