What Shape Are Medford's Sidewalks In?

Are the city's sidewalks in disrepair?

A resident recently posted on Medford Patch that the sidewalk in front of 59 Forest St. (pictured above) is a hazard.

“My coworkers and [I] have tripped over it numerous times and I can only imagine how many of the little trick or treaters this & next weekend will be tripping over it as well!” Monique St. Germain wrote.

Resident Sara Manly commented on the post, “I feel like this is the tip of the iceberg. Many sidewalks around Medford have uneven sidewalk panels, and I see people tripping all the time, including myself. On my street, the problem is the tree roots under the sidewalk, but the city refuses to remove the tree and [its] roots.”
