Tamper, a new restaurant/coffee shop, is moving into the old Boloco space near Tufts University at 340 Boston Ave.
The cafe went before the Medford City Council Tuesday night for an operating license.
The co-founders of Boloco, Jason Hutchinson and Adam Liebman, are behind the new venture as well, according to a Tufts Daily report.
The cafe will serve classic breakfast and lunch options and be open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the week and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends, according to the Tufts Daily.
Will you give Tamper a shot or is that area “Tufts-students only” as far as you're concerned? Let us know by posting a comment below.
