5 Things: Robbery Suspect IDed, Boys Hockey Makes Playoff Run

Good morning, here are five things to know today:

A Somerville man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after he allegedly robbed a bank in Malden then fled on a moped toward Medford, ditched the moped for a cab, then hid in bushes in Somerville where he was eventually found and arrested. John Mellone was ordered held on $3,500 bail in a court appearance Thursday.

2. Boys Hockey Advances: The 14th seeded Mustangs pulled an upset Wednesday, beating 3-seed Everett 3-0 to advance to the divisional quarterfinals. They will take on either Chelmsford or Arlington Catholic Saturday.

4. Sleet/Snow Likely Tonight: Highs are expected in the upper-30s today and there's a 90 percent chance of rain or sleet tonight, according to the National Weather Service. No accumulation is expected.
