Good morning, here are five things to know today:

Weather: Breezes and highs in the mid 90s are expected today, according to the National Weather Service. There's a 20 percent chance of thunderstorms tonight. Mostly sunny skies with highs around 80 are expected Saturday through Labor Day.

Judge OK's Magic Store Owner's Request to Seal Psych Eval: A judge in federal court approved a request Wednesday to seal from the public the psychological evaluation of a Medford business owner who admitted to more than $560,000 in credit fraud. Harry Levy, owner of Hank Lee's Magic Factory, will have his sentencing memorandum sealed from the public. The memorandum, to be filed by his attorney, will outline Levy's request for sentencing on charges of credit card fraud and issuing false statements, which stem from him making over a half-million dollars in unauthorized charges on one customer's credit card then misleading investigators, according to court filings.

Medford Superintendent Roy Belson submitted a letter to the editor in response to comments on a previous article regarding Medford's busing program, and a plan to consolidate its buses from 18 to 16.
