Columbus School Participates in International Walk to School Day: Columbus School in South Medford joined schools from around the world to celebrate International Walk to School Day on October 3, 2012. Students who live within one half mile of the Columbus School were encouraged to walk to school Wednesday, and Principal Kathleen Kay arranged for buses to drop students off one block from school so students who live further away could make the walk as well.
