Five Things: Big Game This Weekend

On this day in 1958, the Bruins integrated the NHL.

Good morning, Medford! Here are five things you need to know today, Friday, Jan. 18:

1. PATRIOTS SUNDAY: For the seventh time since Bill Belichick became head coach, the New England Patriots will play in the AFC Championship game this Sunday. They will be facing the Baltimore Ravens, as they did a year ago in this game. Kick-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. The game is being broadcast on CBS (Channel 4) and on the radio on 98.5 The Sports Hub.

The winner of Sunday's game will play the winner of Sunday's NFC Championship game (the Atlanta Falcons or the San Francisco 49ers) in Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans Feb. 3.
