Diabetes Program Open to Medford Older Adults

My Life, My Health - Diabetes, an interactive group education program open to adults 60 years & older with Type 2 diabetes who live in Medford, Malden and Everett. Sessions will run Mondays, July 22 through August 26, from 1:30 to 4:00 PM, at the Malden Family Medicine Clinic, 195 Canal St., Malden, MA. 
 
The program is free to participants and a family member or friend under a grant from Mystic Valley Elder Services, through funding from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs and the Federal Administration for Community Living and sponsored by Cambridge Health Alliance.
