The I-Diet starts weekly meetings in Arlington Center on January 22nd

The I-Diet, a healthy eating diet and lifestyle plan for permanent weight loss that is based on nutrition research from Tufts University, is starting an Arlington group beginning January 22nd and running through April 2nd.  The 10 week program focuses on the scientific methods of healthy eating described in Dr. Susan Roberts' book "The I-Diet" by Workman Publishing (2008).  Dr. Roberts, a professor of nutrition and psychiatry at Tufts, has appeared on The Today Show, ABC News, NPR and CNN to speak about the benefits of this science-based plan that has helped scores of people lose weight healthily, happily and permanently.  Contact Lara at info@theidiet.com or 1-866-604-7662 to register for the 10 week course.  Meetings are Tuesdays from 12-1 pm at the Jefferson Cutter House.  Parking is available in the Arlington Municipal lot behind the Cutter House, and on Mass Avenue near Mystic and Pleasant Streets. Please enter the rear of the building next to the municipal lot at the art gallery entrance.
