Yoga Classes for beginners.  Very gentle postures for relaxation, stretching and strengthening, building balance and confidence.  Breath focused meditation for relaxation, clarity and concentration.  No experience or ability to bend like a pretzel necessary.


Reasonable fees for attendance by the term or as a drop-in student. Please feel free to call for more details. 


No classes on January 19, February 16 or March 2.

I've been studying yoga with Judy for years and have continued to learn and grow as a yoga practitioner thanks to her guidance. She is an excellent teacher for beginners and very conscientious about the progress of her students. The mix of breath instruction, guidance through postures and philosophical asides are a great way to begin a weekend! Amanda B.
