Meet The Author - Douglas Worth

Douglas Worth is the author of "Thumpy the Christmas Hound", a Christmas Eve story-poem for children and parents alike. "Thumpy the Christmas Hound" tells the story of a stray dog who spends his nights in that well-known stable in Bethlehem at the time of Jesus's birth. During this time, Thumpy must courageously battle a gang of rats who threaten the holy infant. Will he defeat them in time?

Both children and their parents will be entertained by the playful humor in "Thumpy the Christmas Hound", as well as inspired by its serious message about the world becoming a more peaceful, harmonious place through the loving spirit and teachings of the person whose birth we honor each December 25.
