Solarize Medford : We've reached Tier #3! Come see for yourself Sept. 5th

On Thursday, September 5th,  you are invited to 73 Playstead Road, West Medford to see a SunBug Solar installation in progress and ask questions about the program.  Stop by anytime between 10 AM and 7 PM

This is an "early adopter" who agreed to allow Sun Bug to show & tell interested residents about their array.

It will generate 100% of their electricity consumption

The resident projects a 5 year payback

They will use SunBug's SunWatch Meter, allowing them to monitor both solar production and overall home consumption

The customer will be recouping about 40% of the gross system cost in incentives: Solarize Medford Rebate and federal tax credits.

This early adopter stated, “"For environmental reasons I've wanted to go solar for a long time, and now it makes sense financially".

Solarize Medford is a cooperative effort between the state, local officials, and community volunteers coming together to spread the word to Medford residents and business owners on the environmental and economic benefits of solar electricity.   Solarize Medford offers a tiered pricing structure to the people of Medford, meaning the more residents, businesses, and non-profits that go solar, the less expensive installations are for everybody. We are more than halfway through the Solarize Medford program, and we have reached Tier 3 of the program’s savings structure.

Solarize Medford runs only until September 30th, 2013. If you are interested in locking in the savings this program has to offer, sign up for a free solar assessment for your home, business, or non-profit by visiting www.SolarizeMedford.org.
