Health & Fitness

Staying healthy and living well

It's nearly March, which means that the Medford Chamber's Health and Wellness Expo is just around the corner! Each year, several Medford businesses come together as Expo vendors. From 10 AM to 2 PM on Sunday, March 23rd, Medford High School will host several free events such as Zumba class Nanci Branson Palladino from ZIN, country line dancing and Healthy-Steps with Julie Kaufmann, and sports clinics in golf, baseball, and crew.

The Expo is one of the Chamber's biggest events of the year, beloved by many who want to get active and be healthy in a day of family-friendly fun.

The vendors at this year's Expo represent a wide variety of ways to be healthy and well, such as nutrition (Whole Foods Medford), relaxation (Massage Envy Spa), self-care (Kim Samuels, Mary Kay Cosmetics) exercise (Fitness Together) and so much more.

The Medford Chamber of Commerce is looking for even more vendors to join us for another fantastic day of fitness and self-care at the 2014 Health & Wellness Expo. If you would like to register, please fill out this form and follow the instructions listed.

See you there!
