Penta has no loyalty to even his "friends"

Penta has no loyalty to his friend Councilor Lungo-Koehn or anyone else. At last weeks City Council meeting he changed his opinions on  the new winter parking restrictions hanging her out to dry with the police, DPW, and Medford residents.
Time for him to retire
