Mrs. Elizabeth P. “Betty” (Yacubian) Yeremian, of Medford and beloved wife of the late Ralph Yeremian, died at the Winchester Hospital on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013. She was 84.
Born in Somerville, on Jan. 20, 1929, she was the beloved daughter of the late Gamelial and Jessie (Foster) Yacubian. Betty was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her energy was focused on her family and friends and was always the person to keep in touch with everyone.
She will be missed by her loving children: Jane P. and her husband Chester McElhiney of Medford, Ralph Yeremian, Jr. of San Francisco and Janet A. Yeremian of Peabody, grandchildren: Elizabeth, Michelle, Chase, Ashley, Courtney, Christine, Mary, Kevin and Julie, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be celebrated in the First Baptist Church, 29 Oakland St., Medford, on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Visiting hours have been omitted. Interment will follow the service at Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford. Collation will follow the interment at the Cafe Escadrille, 26 Cambridge St., Burlington, MA 01803.
