Louise DelVisco, Longtime Medford Resident, Dies at 102

DelVisco died Saturday, Nov. 30.

Louise C. DelVisco, 102, of Framingham, died Saturday, Nov. 30, after a brief illness in St. Patrick's Manor, Framingham.

Born in Somerville, she lived in Quincy for seven years and was a longtime resident of Medford.

Louise was a Bookkeeper at the former Filene's in Boston for several years and retired in 1950. She loved to vacation in Maine.

Beloved wife of the late Anthony DelVisco. Devoted mother of Barbara Lundrigan and her husband James of Milton. Loving grandmother of Elizabeth Mercer of Quincy. Cherished daughter of the late Felicita (Calosso) and Luigi Paladin. Caring aunt to Ann Paladin and her partner George Story of Gloucester. Grand aunt to Noel Tripp and his wife Liza of New York and Lyle Tripp and his wife Hazel of Hamilton. Great aunt of Sienna, Wally, Lorelei and Ariel.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Thursday at 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 11 a.m.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family Thursday from 8:30-10:30 a.m.

Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Louise’s name to St. Patrick's Manor, 863 Central St., Framingham, MA 01701.
