Gilda M. (Ficociello) Liggiero, of Medford, formerly of Boston's North End, died Friday, Jan. 17.
Beloved wife of the late Fiore Liggiero. Devoted mother of Michael Liggiero and his wife Susan of Peabody and Debra Liggiero of Medford. Loving grandmother of Matthew and Gina Liggiero of Peabody. Sister of Theresa Storella and her late husband Carmine of Medford, Evelyn Ficociello of the North End, Benny Ficociello and his wife Chris of Saugus and the late Michael, Louis and Louise Ficociello. Also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday from 4-8 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Gilda's memory to St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, MA 02155.
