Timothy Bennett, Lifelong Medford Resident, Plumber, Dies at 29

Bennett died Thursday, Feb. 13.

Timothy M. Bennett passed away on Thursday, Feb. 13. He was 29.

A lifelong Medford resident, Timothy was a member of the Minuteman Voke Tech High School class of 2002. He worked as a plumber. He was devoted to his family and enjoyed fishing, playing cards and chess.

The beloved husband of Katherine (Joyce) Bennett, he was a devoted step-father to Lailee Joyce. The cherished son of Catherine Raimo Lewis and her husband Peter of Wakefield and Thomas Bennett and his wife Eileen of East Bridgewater, he was a loving brother to David Bennett of Woburn and Michelle Bennett of Methuen. The loving grandson of Jacqueline Raimo and the late Frank Raimo of Medford and Francis and Marilyn Bennett of Arlington, he also leaves many dear aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends and family may visit at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, on Wednesday, Feb. 19, from 4–8 p.m. and again on Thursday morning at 9:30 followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in Timothy's name to the Salvation Army of Massachusetts, 147 Berkeley St., Boston, MA 02116.
