Abandoned house on winthrop street

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about an abandoned house on winthrop street. Its next to house number 525 but has a sign on a tree next to the driveway that says 541. It seems pretty old and broken down with vandalism on one side of the house. You cant see it right from the street you have to drive up the narrow driveway. The house is pretty isolated surrounded by trees.
