Graffitti

I am so unhappy! The taggers hit an area near my home. Its actually DCR property so it will probably stay there till next spring. A couple of years ago this happened and then we had a rash of crime. Cars broken into, wheels taken off one car and left on blocks. It just makes the neighborhood look like no one's watching - so other vandals are attracted. I reported it but with the cold weather no one will probably fix it for awhile. I am so upset!
