Medford's Katie Clark featured in Moonbox Production's COMPANY

Moonbox Productions presents COMPANY, Stephen Sondheim’s Tony Award-winning endearing musical about a modern man’s journey through friendship, dating, commitment and marriage. Featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, book by George Furth, and orchestrations by Jonathan Tunick, the production runs through March 1, 2014 at the Nancy and Edward Roberts Studio Theatre, Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts, 527 Tremont Street, Boston’s South End. Performances are Thursdays at 7:30pm, Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 2pm and 8pm and Sundays at 2pm. Tickets are $40-$45 and available through Boston Theatre Scene Box Office, (www.bostontheatrescene.com) or call BTS box office at 617-933-8600.
The world of COMPANY revolves around the handsome and charming Bobby—successful, single, turning 35, but reluctant to make a commitment—and his colorful and complicated circle of married, no-longer-married, and soon-to-be-married friends. As his landmark birthday approaches, three very different girlfriends join his inner circle in wondering aloud why he hasn’t found someone and settled down. In this hilarious and touching meditation on life’s “company”—friendships, love affairs, and marriage, for better and worse—the audience joins Bobby in his search for an answer.
