The following is a selective list of entries from the Medford Police log from Monday, April 22 through Thursday, April 25, 2013 and any arrests recorded during that time.

Arrests & Summonses

A juvenile was arrested Monday, April 22 on Mystic Avenue on a warrant and charged with disorderly conduct.

Gladis Tabares, 46, 599 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested Monday, April 22 on Main Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense).

Chad Talbert, 26, 49 Maryknoll St., Mattapan, was arrested Tuesday, April 23 on Larkin Road and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and attempt to commit crime.

Michaella Gordon, 20, 43 Rockdale St., Mattapan, was arrested Tuesday, April 23 on Larkin Road and charged with attempt to commit crime.

Zia Khan, 54, 7 Boylston St., Malden, was arrested Tuesday, April 23 on Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with destruction of property over $250 and shoplifting by concealing.

Rebeya Akther, 44, 7 Boylston St., Malden, was arrested Tuesday, April 23 on Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with shoplifting by concealing.

Javier Rivera, 43, 238 Warren St., Roxbury, was arrested Wednesday, April 24 on Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with failure to stop for police.

Darrell Johnson, 32, 218 Riverside Ave., Medford, was arrested Thursday, April 25 on Park Street on a warrant and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Joseph Estrella, 20, 133 Rock Glen Road, Medford, was arrested Thursday, April 25 on Rock Glen Road on a warrant and charged with assault and battery and disguise to obstruct justice.

Ralph Balan, 20, 48 High St., Malden, was arrested Thursday, April 25 on Main Street on a warrant and charged with conspiracy, home invasion and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Jonathan Maurose, 23, 23 Greenwood St., Malden, was arrested Thursday, April 25 on Lambert Street and charged with conspiracy to violate drug law and possession to distribute drugs.

Enrico Auguste, 24, address not specified, was arrested Thursday, April 25 on Lambert Street on a warrant and charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and two counts of possession to distribute drugs.

Thomas Turner, 36, 42 Carroll St., Chelsea, was arrested Thursday, April 25 on Fellsway Wester on a warrant and charged operating with licensed revoked.

Mohan Singh, 60, 34 Clark St., Somerville, was arrested Thursday, April 25 on Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with shoplifting by price tampering.
