UPDATED: Arrest Made in Medford Square Bank Robbery

The robbery occurred at about 11:40 a.m. Wednesday.

Update, 12:20 p.m. Thursday, April 17

Dennis Ryan, a 43-year-old Somerville man, was arrested shortly before noon Wednesday in connection with the bank robbery at Brookline Bank at 60 High St. in Medford Square, according to Inside Medford. Ryan was charged with unarmed robbery; he did not show a weapon during the incident. He was arrested at 21 Rural Ave. after police spotted the alleged getaway vehicle in the driveway, according to the report.
