Medford Man Who Allegedly Beat Homeless Man in Boston Arrested Again

Marc Sico failed to make a court appearance, according to police.

One of two Medford men who allegedly brutally beat a homeless man in Boston last year was arrested at his Medford home Friday for skipping court appearances, according to transit police.

Marc Sico and James Marino, both 21 and of Medford were arrested in Boston's Back Bay last March after police allegedly spotted them punching and kicking a sleeping homeless man. Boston and Transit Police searched the area and found the suspects; both were charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

But after being released on bail, Sico has failed to make his court appearances, according to MBTA police. So they went to his Edward Street home Friday morning and arrested him for failing to appear in court, according to the MBTA police blog.
