Maritza Alicea, 35, 85 Spring Court Ext., Woburn, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 10 on Mystic Valley Parkway on several warrants and charged with larceny over $250, motor vehicle not meeting safety standards, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, receiving stolen property, shoplifting by concealing of over $100 and unregistered motor vehicle.
