Roxbury Man Charged With Cocaine Trafficking

Arrests & Summonses

Michael DeBiase, 18, 5 Irving St., Medford, was arrested Monday, April 8 on Grove Street and charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, drug possession to distribute and drug violation near school.

Jacob Scannell, 18, 176 Brooks St., Medford, was arrested Monday, April 8 on Grove Street and charged with conspiracy to violate drug law.

Alicia Evans, 21, unspecified address, was arrested Thursday, April 11 on Fellsway on a warrant and charged with credit card forgery or utterance.

Nicholas Marsh, 31, 17 Larchmont Lane, Lexington, was arrested Friday, April 12 and charged with class A drug possession.

Carlos Rivera, 27, 73 School St., Roxbury, was arrested Saturday, April 13 on Richard Street on a warrant and charged with furnishing false name or Social Security Number, cocaine trafficking, resisting arrest, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer and two counts of drug possession to distribute.

Alexander France, 22, 157 Winthrop St., Medford, was arrested Monday, April 15 on Winthrop Street and charged with assault and battery.

Patricia Laguna, 30, 320 Salem St., Medford, was arrested Monday, April 15 on Salem Street and charged with assault and battery and intimidating a witness.
