Council to Recognize Retiring Restaurateurs

Lino & Audrey's owners are retiring after 32 years in Medford.

The Medford City Council will recognize retiring local restaurateurs Lino and Audrey Avellani at tonight's City Council Meeting.

According to the council's agenda, the Avellanis have owned and operated Lino & Audrey's Restaurant on Mystic Avenue for the last 32 years.

They will be commended and congratulated "for 32 years of service to the community of Medford."

The council is meeting at 7 p.m. in City Hall’s Howard F. Alden Memorial Auditorium. They are also expected to pick a new council president and vice president tonight.
