A Medford resident suggests just that in a new Boston.com blog post.
A Medford resident named “Jake” who sees a ton of potential in Medford, particularly its housing market, suggests that Medford is to Somerville could soon be what Greenpoint is to Williamsburg in Brooklyn in a new Boston.com blog post.
Jake says housing prices are going up. He notes the “Davis Square spillover effect” and the Green Line Ext. project.
