The ultimate in no-impact aerobics, T’ai Chi relaxes the body, increases blood flow throughout the entire body, keeps joints flexible, and restores elasticity to muscles. This beginner’s class focuses on a series of short forms, progressing to the Hwa Yu T’ai Chi short form. Students learn fundamental skills such as stance, step patterns, basic blocking and whole body movement.
