Wheelchair Accessibility Improved at Wright’s Pond

See what the city has added to Wright's Pond.

The city recently announced that the first Mobi-Chair is now available for those in wheelchairs at Wright’s Pond.

Any individual in a wheelchair who wants to use the Mobi-Chair must have a responsible adult with him or her at all times, according to the city. You can request the chair from the pond’s staff.

The city has also introduced a Pathmat at the pond, which helps individuals with mobility issues and those in wheelchairs access the water.
