City Calls for Volunteers to Help Pack Donations for Troops
"Operation Medford Cares" is seeking volunteers.
The following was submitted by the City's Veterans Services Office:
"Operation Medford Cares" is looking for volunteers to help package the donations to be sent to the troops in the Middle East.
Join them for worthy cause on Wednesday August 10, 2011 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m to help assemble packages in room 201 at City Hall.

"Operation Medford Cares" collects items requested by Military personnel stationed in the Middle East and other parts of the world that would otherwise not be available to our service personnel. Items include used DVD and CDs, soft covered books, new AA batteries, things that remind them of home, etc.
