Paul Revere Restaurant

781-395-9867

Listing Manager: jim wright

According to owner Joe, this greasy spoon is "like a neighborhood bar, but we serve breakfast". In business since 1932, the restaurant's bar stools and checkered tile floor are original, while the country twang on the radio seems just as ancient. Specials change, but black tar coffee, small town atmosphere and breakfasts with three different meats are eternal here at Paul Revere.

Recently ate breakfast here. The food was good, the coffee hot, the prices were reasonable. I like old places to eat, just not old and dirty. Sat at the counter for breakfast and saw more dirt, grime, and stains on everything behind the counter. They need to wipe down the equipment, the cooler, the dishwasher and everything else. Listen, old, rustic, classic places to eat are my favorite, but take a clean rag and wipe everything down please. Also, may want to put saloon swinging doors on the kitchen so we dont see in there too. I recommend it, just needs to be cleaned and disinfected a bit.
