MHS Senior Finalist For National Essay Contest
Trent Sullivan is up for a $30K national prize in March.
Medford High School senior Trent Sullivan recently won the “Voice of Democracy” essay contest sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars, taking first place in not only Medford but the district and the state, according to the school district. Sullivan will now have a chance in March to take home the national prize of $30,000 as one of 13 state finalists. He'll be taking an all-expenses paid trip to Washington, DC at that time.
